Can I use it for event registration?
Yes. You can create registration forms for events, collect attendee details, and manage submissions through a structured workflow.
Does it generate QR-code tickets?
Yes. PasaForm can generate QR-code tickets tied to form submissions so attendees can be validated during check-in.
Who can check in attendees?
Check-in is handled by authorized workspace members. You can control access through roles and permissions.
Can I customize my form?
Yes. You can tailor fields, layout, and branding so forms match your organization and workflow needs.
Can I export submissions to Excel?
Yes. Submission data can be exported in spreadsheet-friendly formats for reporting, sharing, and offline review in Excel.
Does PasaForm prevent duplicate raffle entries?
It can support review with submission patterns and optional metadata, but it does not guarantee one entry per physical person or device.
Can PasaForm identify a physical device?
PasaForm can collect browser or device metadata when configured, but that data is only for review support and cannot reliably identify a unique physical device or person.
Is PasaForm self-hosted?
Yes. PasaForm is designed for self-hosted deployment so your organization can control infrastructure and data handling.
Can it send submissions to another system?
Yes. You can connect outbound workflows using exports and webhooks to move submission data into other systems.
